As a coach, I am personally committed to self-development, and have made sure that I have done the hard work myself before asking anyone else to do it. This is how I know it truly works. I have been through some incredibly difficult circumstances that shaped my high degree of empathy for others. As a prior counselor, I was also witness and guide to countless individuals working through their own challenges, and provided assistance in creating new meaning and narratives.
Due to going through my own process and being instrumental in that of others, I hold both the optimism necessary to envision and push toward new and exciting possibilities, as well as the realism to recognize and appreciate the legitimate challenges people face along their journey. This results in making my coaching approach both energizing and grounded. I take great satisfaction in helping people succeed.
